Open Positions

Account Executive — Remote (Based in MA, RI, ME or NH)

We’re excited to expand our team with Account Executives who bring at least 5 years of experience in retail energy a/o solar sales, specifically Natural Gas & Electricity Supply, and Community Solar Programs. If you’re driven, client-focused, and ready to make a real impact in the energy space, this is your chance to take your career further with Fuse Energy.

You’ll work with organizations across industries, helping them navigate energy decisions with confidence while building long-term relationships and driving savings that matter.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses and organizations.

  • Present and explain energy solutions, including fixed-rate supply, community solar, and efficiency services.

  • Manage your own book of clients while actively seeking new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with our internal team to deliver proposals and support client needs.

  • Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and incentive programs to better serve clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail energy a/o solar sales.

  • Strong, established client relationships you can build upon.

  • Proven track record to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Able to maintain a high level of activity through prospecting, calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-starter mentality with a collaborative approach.
